2 Boston Terrier Puppies / Adoptions Available

Jasmine delivered a puppy December 27, 2009.  She was a female that we have named Jazzy Maxamillion.  She is 2-weeks old today.  We were going to keep her but we have decided to let someone else adopt and love her.  She is a little bitty girl and probably will be between 10-12 lbs. when she is full grown.  We are requiring a spay agreement with her and her AKC registration will be limited.  She will make someone a terrific AKC registered pet, however she is not to be bread.  We are currently accepting a deposit on her.

This will be our last litter of Bostons until Fall 2010.  As responsible breeders we always skip at least one heat cycle with our females and sometimes more.  This makes sure that the dam and her puppies have the best chance of staying healthy.

Little Lover is 15-weeks old at this time.  He has fantastic markings and a great personality.  He is almost completely potty trained and will make some lucky family a great companion.

Update on Bella May...

Well Bella May is settling in quite well with her Little Rock family.  Here is what Bella's dad Bill had to say:

"Hope you guys had a great Christmas.  Ours was fun with Bella.  She is doing wonderfully.  I have never had a dog with so much personality.  She's already trying to run the show and doing well with house training.

I walked in our bedroom the other night and it was a very cool sight.  Mimi and Sidney were asleep in our bed.  So was Bella, our lab Molly, and two cats.  Coco was a sleep on the floor at the foot of the bed.  Bella and Molly are quickly becoming inseparable.  All the dogs sleep in the bathroom at night together and if Molly is in Sidney's room, Bella is whimpering."

We look forward to more updates on Bella.

Update on Spot....

Spot went home late Christmas Eve night and after a quiet night in the garage he was a Christmas day surprise for his loved human family.  The Little Rock family renamed their puppy after his father.  His name is Sir Rosco Pepper Pico Train (Rosco for short.)  Rosco is part of a two dog family and has a 13-year-old lab named Missy as a playmate.  Between the lab and their 2 boys Rosco will receive plenty of love and exercise and I am sure he will provide plenty of love and exercise in return.

Precious joins the US Military

While in town visiting family for the holidays, a US Military family decided to take Precious home with them.  They live 1,000 miles from Little Rock, AR in Fort Eustis, VA.  They have a couple of dogs and four children to keep Precious entertained.  While getting a tongue bath, their youngest daughter immediately fell in love with Precious and said that she was going to name her Sweet Heart.  We hope and pray that they have a safe trip home and we dearly appreciate what their family endures to keep our family safe and free!

To say thanks for what you do for us, if you or your immediate family is serving in the US Military let us know and Martin Kennels is more than happy to provide you our Military Discount for purchasing a Boston Terrier from us!

My favorite puppy goes home to White County.

Well it was bound to happen and yesterday it did.  A newlywed couple from Searcy, AR came and adopted Jet.  He was my favorite puppy out of all of our Christmas puppies.  He was very calm and attentive and showed years of maturity far beyond his age.  Jet loves being petted but doesn't force it on you.  He is just fine sitting on a pillow while watching tv.

I DIDN'T MAKE THIS MESS,
PROVE IT!

Bossy Britches went home to Harrison, AR.

This afternoon Bossy Britches loaded up for her long car ride home.  She is going to be a Christmas gift for a couple of girls that have no idea their daddy is bringing her home.  Just like a lot of Boston Terrier owners, this family has had a Boston in their past.  They decided this Christmas was time to get another one.  We do hate to see Bossy and her spunky spirit go but we know her new family will provide her with lots of love and attention.
